🔁 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st Feb 2025
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your Order ID.
- If payment is already made and cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be issued.
2. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or not functioning as described.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp.
- The item must be returned in original condition with packaging and accessories.
- We do not accept returns for cosmetic reasons or change of mind.
- Spare parts are non-returnable once opened or installed.
3. Refund Process
- If a return is approved and the same item is not available for replacement, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If paid through Razorpay, refunds will reflect directly to the source account or UPI.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
- In case of receiving a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will either replace or refund depending on stock availability.
