- Payment information: online payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure window. We never see or store them. We keep only the payment reference and status. For Cash on Delivery no payment details are collected.
- Basic technical data: your browser stores your cart, wishlist and a basic account profile on your own device (local storage). Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order, including sending order confirmations by email.
- To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements (for example GST invoicing).
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
- To tell you about restocks or offers, only if you asked us to. You can ask us to stop at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:
- Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order (name, address, phone number).
- Razorpay, to process online payments.
- Our hosting and email providers, who store and send data on our behalf.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart, wishlist and sign-in details so the site works properly. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings (your cart will be emptied).
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes (generally up to 8 years). Messages and subscriber emails are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed.
6. Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Admin access is protected by hashed passwords and sign-in limits. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it (where we are not required to keep it), or stop using it for updates. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within 30 days.
8. Children
Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
