1. Shipping Timelines

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
  • Delivery time is typically 2–6 business days depending on the delivery location.
  • We notify the customer with a tracking link via WhatsApp or email after dispatch.

2. Shipping Partners

  • We work with trusted courier services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post.
  • Shipping method is chosen based on speed and reliability for your region.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping fees apply unless an offer specifies β€œFree Shipping.”
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), extra fees may apply if available in your area.

4. Delivery Issues

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of dispatch, contact us with your Order ID.
  • Check that the address and phone number you provided are accurate.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner and resolve accordingly.

5. Damage During Transit

  • Always inspect your parcel before accepting it from the delivery agent.
  • If the package is tampered with or physically damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing proof.

6. Exchange Policy

  • We allow exchange within 7 days of delivery only for functional defects (e.g., touch not working, no sound).
  • The product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories provided.
  • No exchange will be approved for cosmetic issues like minor scratches or dents.
  • Spare parts are not eligible for exchange once opened or installed.
