2. Product Disclaimer

• All refurbished phones are functional, tested, and graded: Fair, Good, or Superb.
• Devices may have minor cosmetic imperfections not affecting functionality.
• Spare parts are clearly labeled as OEM pulled or compatible.

3. Order and Payment

• Orders can be placed via our website or WhatsApp.
• We accept payments through Razorpay, UPI, direct bank transfer, and cash (pickup only).
• Full payment is required prior to shipping unless agreed otherwise.

4. Shipping Policy

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days depending on the location.
• Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp or email after dispatch.

5. Exchange & Return Policy

• Easy 7-day exchange is available only for functional issues (e.g., ghost touch, speaker failure).
• No exchanges for minor scratches or cosmetic dissatisfaction.
• Product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
• Spare parts are non-returnable once installed or tampered with.

6. Warranty Terms

• All refurbished phones come with a 6-month warranty covering functional defects only.
• Warranty is void if:
  • The product is physically or water damaged.
  • It is opened or modified by unauthorized personnel.
  • It is used with incompatible chargers or accessories.

7. Limitation of Liability

NextLife Hub is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, indirect losses, or data loss after device usage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including product descriptions, images, and branding, is the property of NextLife Hub and cannot be reproduced without permission.
