1. About us
This website is operated by NextLife Hub ("we", "us"), a seller of mobile spare parts and refurbished phones in India. Our contact details are on the Contact page.
2. Products and descriptions
- Each product page states the condition (for example OEM Original, OEM Pulled, Premium Aftermarket) or grade (for refurbished phones), the compatible models and the warranty.
- Spare parts are for the models listed. Please check compatibility before you buy, or ask us first.
- Photos are for illustration. Colours may vary slightly by screen. We try to keep descriptions accurate, but errors can occur. If we find one affecting your order we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Prices and tax
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). GST is shown clearly in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
- We may change prices and offers at any time. The price at the time you place your order applies to that order.
- Discount codes are limited to the conditions shown with the code and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if stock is unavailable, there is a pricing error or we cannot verify your details. If you have paid, we refund you in full.
- You must provide accurate delivery and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we may call or message you to confirm the order before dispatch.
5. Payment
You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) or, where offered, by Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms. We do not store your card or bank details.
6. Shipping, returns, refunds and warranty

7. Using the website
- Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no automated scraping of our catalogue without permission.
- The content on this website (text, images, logo and design) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.
- Brand and model names (such as Apple, Samsung and Xiaomi) belong to their owners. We use them only to describe compatibility. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with these brands unless stated.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of business or damage to a device during installation of a part. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered business address, without affecting your rights as a consumer to approach the appropriate consumer forum.
11. Grievance officer
For complaints about the website, an order or these terms, write to our support team (). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown.
